Dustin Dale has been a senior level leader for over 10+ years with two of the world’s largest companies. His focus was promoting high performance leaders and developing a pro employee culture. The success came from understanding that servant leadership was the best and only way to inspire employees and manage projects through some of the most complex times this world has seen.

Since retiring from the corporate world, Dustin has now amplified his passion for leadership development, and team building by founding “Beyond the Horizon Consulting”, whose mission is to help organizations implement servant leadership, eliminate excuses, and embrace solutions to create a culture of excellence.

Not only has Dustin launched a successful consulting company but has also entered the world of being an international selling author, and professional keynote speaker. His leadership book series is called, “Learn to Lead by Serving” and “Learn to Lead by Serving 2”. These are the first two books of his upcoming five-part series and help lay a foundation for anyone to understand and become a servant leader.

Dustin brings these servant principles from his book series to the training programs, and methods of B.T.H Consulting, and will help energize your leaders to become true servant leaders of the future.

Tim Ward delivers leadership through training, coaching and mentorship, specializing in Sales Process and Client Experience. His passion to bring out the best in others has been demonstrated with successful careers in both corporate leadership roles and as an entrepreneur.

While leading a small business endeavor, Tim completed classical training with a BA in Business Administration. He believes in Lifelong Learning and continues to practice with his personal development achievements. Tim delivers relevant messaging to diverse audiences through training, facilitation and presentation. He assists leaders through challenges in change management, process improvement and team engagement.

In addition to this work, Tim volunteers as a SCORE Business Mentor, helping those entrepreneurs seeking small business advice and counseling. He is also trained as a Wellness Coach, working with individuals looking for work/life balance and personal goal achievement.
