When Dustin Dale was in his youth, he would sometimes have the opportunity to stand on a beach in South Carolina and look out far into the distance. The feeling of being so small and yet part of something so big felt magical to him.

The wind blew gently as the waves rolled in from the horizon break. He would stand there and soak in the moments of escaping all the business of life and enjoying just a moment of bliss. He embraced the magical feeling of his imagination, trying to figure out what was out there. It was not something that his eyes could see, but rather his mind had to create.

That same exciting feeling he had as a kid has allowed him to become the founder of Beyond the Horizon Consulting. Now, as a grown adult and through the discovery of leadership, Dustin finds the same feeling. The feeling of realizing that the best version of ourselves starts with our mind creating it and then bringing it forward so our eyes can see it.

Dustin focuses on helping companies and individual leaders embrace the magical moments in leadership that remind us we are just a small part of something massive!

When the time came for Dustin to begin his leadership consulting company, he knew right away that the perfect logo would be that of a horizon. To remind us that our best versions of ourselves are out there waiting to be created.
